This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between:

1. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of website themes, SEO services, and other digital products or services offered by the Seller through the website shop.guraywebpro.com to the Buyer.

2. General Provisions

1. Order Process:

   • The Buyer agrees to provide accurate and complete information during the purchase process.
   • Orders are confirmed upon successful payment.

2. Delivery of Products/Services:

   • Digital products (e.g., website themes) will be customized, installed, and delivered within 1–2 business days after the payment is received.
   • SEO services will commence within 1–2 business days of gathering the necessary details from the Buyer.
   • Delivery is considered complete once the Buyer receives access to the product or service.

3. Pricing and Payment:

   • All prices listed on the website include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
   • Payments must be made through the secure methods provided on the website.

4. Right of Withdrawal:

   • Buyers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of SEO services within 14 days if the service has not yet commenced.
   • Digital products (e.g., website themes) are not eligible for withdrawal once delivered, as they are personalized and intangible products.

5. Refunds:

   • Refunds are governed by the Seller’s Refund Policy.
   • For eligible refunds, the Buyer must contact the Seller via email at info@guraywebpro.com

6. Communication:

   • All communication regarding orders, delivery, and refunds will be conducted via the email address provided by the Buyer.

3. Buyer’s Obligations

• The Buyer is responsible for ensuring compatibility of purchased themes with their hosting environment and website platform before completing the purchase.
• The Buyer shall not resell, distribute, or share the purchased products with third parties without the Seller’s prior written consent.

4. Seller’s Obligations

• The Seller shall deliver the purchased products/services within the specified timeframe.
• The Seller is responsible for providing support to address any technical issues related to the purchased product.

5. Limitation of Liability

• The Seller is not liable for any issues arising from improper use, unauthorized modifications, or third-party interference with the purchased product.
• The Seller’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Buyer for the product/service.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.

7. Changes to the Agreement

The Seller reserves the right to update this Agreement as needed. Updated terms will be posted on the website, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the changes.

8. Acceptance of the Agreement

By completing a purchase on shop.guraywebpro.com, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
